The Details

What Each Service Includes

Select a service for the full scope and when it typically happens.

Rough Cleaning

What It Includes

The initial construction-cleaning pass. It removes manageable debris, packaging, heavy dust, and construction residue so work areas are cleaner and better prepared for the next stages of construction.

  • Gathering, bagging, and consolidating manageable construction debris
  • Placing debris in the GC’s or project’s existing dumpster or designated disposal area
  • Removing heavy dust and loose construction residue
  • Sweeping and vacuuming
  • Cleaning accessible surfaces
  • Resetting work areas for continued construction

Does not include bulk demolition hauling or independent dumpster service.

Final Cleaning

What It Includes

The detailed post-construction clean performed as construction and finish work near completion. It prepares the space for walkthroughs, inspections, presentation, occupancy, and handoff.

  • Fine-dust removal
  • Floors
  • Baseboards and trim
  • Doors and frames
  • Fixtures
  • Cabinetry exteriors
  • Reachable glass
  • Window tracks and sills
  • Restrooms
  • Kitchens and break areas where applicable
  • Fingerprints, labels, smudges, and ordinary construction residue

Paint, adhesive, caulk, grout, and similar residue removal are included only when specifically quoted. High-grade finishes, appliance interiors, cabinet interiors, and specialty fixtures are quoted add-ons, not assumed base scope.

Touch-Up & Punch-List Cleaning

What It Includes

A targeted cleaning pass performed after final cleaning when punch-list corrections, inspections, contractor callbacks, installations, deliveries, or other final activity have reintroduced dust, footprints, fingerprints, residue, or localized mess.

  • Localized dust removal
  • Floors and traffic areas
  • Fingerprints and smudges
  • Surfaces disturbed during punch-list work
  • Glass touch-ups
  • Cleanup following contractor callbacks
  • Correction-related residue
  • Final presentation detailing

May be scheduled after an LD Turnover final clean, hired as a standalone service, or performed before final walkthrough, occupancy, owner handoff, or reopening. Paint, adhesive, caulk, grout, and other labor-intensive residue removal remain specifically quoted.
