Real estate has been part of our family for decades through property ownership, investment, and property management. That history shaped the way we think about property, the work that goes into it, and the responsibility that comes with taking care of it.

At LD Turnover, we combined our experience in property and project management to create a company focused on post-construction cleaning, project closeout, and commercial transitions.
